1. Use of Our Platform

• Remote Job Finders (RJF) is an online platform designed to connect employers with remote/traditional job seekers.
• Employers are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the job advertisements they post.
• Job seekers are responsible for verifying the legitimacy of any job offers received through RJF.
• RJF does not guarantee employment to job seekers and does not charge any money from job seekers to apply, attend interviews, or secure jobs through our platform.
• When Users subscribe any of RJF membership plan(s) or sign up on RJF, they may weekly or occasionally receive email ads from Remote Job Finders, GMP Cart, GM Publishes and other GM Publishers partner organizations.  

2. Job Advertisement Policy

• Employers are strictly prohibited from:
  
  • Requesting any form of payment, fees, deposits, or monetary contributions from job seekers to apply, attend interviews, or secure job positions.
  • Posting misleading, false, or inappropriate job advertisements.
  • Employers can edit/amend/update the job post after the first publication and submit it for the review of our admin. After review, we’ll publish your updated, amended or edited job post on our platforms.
• RJF reserves the right to:
  
  • Temporarily suspend, block, or permanently remove any job postings that violate these Terms and Conditions.
  • Suspend or permanently disable employer accounts that breach our guidelines or attempt to exploit job seekers.

3. Non-Refundable Job Ad Posting and Premium Account Subscription Plans/ Packs

• The purchase price for Job Advertisement Posting and Premium Account subscription plans/ packs are strictly non-refundable, regardless of the outcome or duration of the advertisement or the premium account.
• By purchasing a Job Ad Posting Plan/Packs/Premium Account subscription plan, the Employer or premium employer/ job seeker or premium job seeker/ customer/ listed company & organization/ user/ subscriber etc. acknowledges and agrees that no refund will be issued under any circumstances, including:
  
  • Account suspension due to violation of our Terms & Conditions.
  • Removal of job advertisements/Premium Account for breaching our policies and for any suspicious activities that create risk for our RJF community .

4. Non-Refundable Digital Products And Services

For other digital products, goods and services that offer by us or by our partners via our website are strictly non-refundable in any circumstances after the purchase.

5. Refund and Return Policy for Other Purchases

• Our refund and return policy only applies for the physical products that offers via our website www.remotejobfinders.com .
• Refund and return policy doesn’t apply for the digital product and services such as  job advertisement plans, premium account plan, digital products/services etc.

6. Account Termination

• RJF reserves the right to:
  
  • Suspend or terminate user accounts at any time without prior notice if users violate these Terms & Conditions, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the platform.
  • Remove any content deemed harmful, misleading, or in violation of applicable laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

• RJF provides the platform “as is” and makes no guarantees regarding job placements, applicant quality, or employer conduct.
• RJF is not responsible for:
  
  • The outcome of job applications.
  • Financial loss, damages, or disputes between employers and job seekers.
• Users are encouraged to exercise due diligence when using our services.

8. Modifications to Terms

• RJF reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
• Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
• Remote Job Finders is provided for your personal use and for your commercial purposes. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from Remote Job Finders.
• 8.1 User Accounts To Access Certain Features of Remote Job Finders: You may be required to register and create an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password, and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify Remote Job Finders of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
• 8.2 Job Postings: Remote Job Finders is a platform that allows employers to post job openings for remote as well as normal positions. Employers have to pay the required subscription fee to post their jobs on RJF. Remote Job Finders does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any job postings, and does not endorse any employer or job opening. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of any job posting before applying for the job.
• 8.3 User Content: Remote Job Finders allows users to submit content, such as resumes, cover letters, and job applications. By submitting any content to Remote Job Finders, you grant Remote Job Finders a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.
• 8.4 Prohibited Conduct You Agree Not to Use Remote Job Finders to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights.
• Engage in any fraudulent or misleading conduct.
• Collect or store personally identifiable information about other users.
• Transmit any viruses, worms, or other harmful software.
• Engage in any conduct that could damage, disable, or overburden Remote Job Finders or interfere with any other party’s use of Remote Job Finders.
• Posting the jobs that are not accepted by RJF top level management such as prostitution, child labor, drug-trafficking, drug dealing, terrorism, bullying, racism, sex-working and human/ animal abusing etc. jobs.
• 8.5 Disclaimer of Warranties: Remote Job Finders (RJF) is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Remote Job Finders does not warrant that Remote Job Finders will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any defects in Remote Job Finders will be corrected. Remote Job Finders does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information, content, or services provided on or through Remote Job Finders.
• 8.6 Limitation of Liability Remote Job Finders: RJF shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of Remote Job Finders or any content, products, or services provided on or through Remote Job Finders, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, use, data, or other intangible losses.
• 8.7 Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Remote Job Finders, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of Remote Job Finders, your violation of these terms and conditions, or your violation of any rights of another.
• 8.8 Governing Law: The governing law for Remote Job Finders shall be the laws of the state or country where Remote Job Finders is based, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions or the use of Remote Job Finders shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the jurisdiction where Remote Job Finders is based. You consent to the jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue of any such legal action or proceeding in such courts.
